Dr. Manabu Sato, aplicando dinámica grupal en escuela primaria mexicana
En el marco del proyecto “Cambiando la piel del Sistema Educativo Mexicano – FASE I: De la escuela tradicional a la escuela democrática como comunidad de aprendizaje (SLC)”, coordinado por la Dirección del Instituto de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo de la Educación (INIDE) de la Universidad Iberoamericana y con la participación de un equipo interdisciplinario de investigadorxs pertenecientes a diversas instancias de dicha institución —así como colaboradorxs externos—, la Escuela Nacional para Maestras de Jardines de Niños (ENMJN) se suma a esta iniciativa con el proyecto “Comunidades para el Aprendizaje: una posibilidad para la construcción de la igualdad de género en las Escuelas Normales”.

La finalidad de este proyecto es implementar un ciclo de observación en torno a la propuesta filosófica de Comunidades para el Aprendizaje, con el objetivo de analizar cómo se construyen las relaciones de género y se incorpora la perspectiva de género en la formación docente de la ENMJN.

Esta propuesta se basa en la filosofía colaborativa de las Comunidades para el Aprendizaje esbozada por el filósofo educativo Manabu Sato. Como señala Luz María Moreno (2025), impulsora y pionera de esta corriente en México, dicha filosofía prioriza el trabajo colaborativo sobre los logros individuales, y concibe el aprendizaje como un salto compartido con lxs compañerxs, realizado de forma gozosa, para alcanzar aprendizajes significativos y cada vez más complejos, que permitan lograr una educación de excelencia. Su objetivo es formar escuelas como espacios de cuidado y respeto, centrados en el aprendizaje de lxs estudiantes, donde sus voces sean el eje de las prácticas docentes.

Derivado de estas premisas, y como resultado de un esfuerzo colectivo e interinstitucional, la ENMJN contará con la presencia del Dr. Manabu Sato y la Dra. Yoshiko Kitada el próximo 23 de junio de 2025. Ambas personalidades participarán con docentes, estudiantes y directivos de nuestra institución, así como con un equipo de colaboradorxs de la Universidad Iberoamericana, en una jornada académica que incluirá observación de aula, grupos de reflexión y una conferencia dirigida a toda la comunidad educativa, egresadas y público interesado.♦
Psicóloga educativa por la Universidad Marista y Socióloga (FCPyS, UNAM). Maestra en Desarrollo Humano (Universidad Iberoamericana, CDMX). Su experiencia e interés se centran en el desarrollo comunitario y el trabajo con enfoque de género. Ha laborado desde 2007 en universidades privadas e institutos impartiendo clases de licenciatura y posgrado, y en la ENMJN desde el 2008, en diversas funciones de gestión.
