Estrategia dirigida a la Comunidad Docente de la ENMJN

 

 

 

Estimados docentes de la Escuela Nacional para Maestras de Jardines de Niños, el cuerpo directivo de nuestra querida institución ha diseñado un Plan de Acción que incluye diversas estrategias para dar seguimiento a la atención académica a distancia, derivada del aislamiento social a causa del COVID-19. Sin duda, para el éxito en la tarea, es necesario fortalecer el desarrollo de habilidades docentes en lo tocante al abordaje a distancia de los diversos cursos del Plan de estudios.

Reconocemos el profesionalismo y el compromiso de cada docente para hacer frente a la actual contingencia. Sabemos que, a partir de la diversidad de perfiles profesionales, experiencias docentes y formativas, el uso de las herramientas digitales se encuentra en niveles diferenciados de desarrollo en la comunidad de maestros. Por tal motivo, se pondrá en marcha en nuestra institución la estrategia Acompañamiento y asesoría docente para la aplicación de herramientas digitales, cuyo objetivo es generar un espacio para la asesoría puntual y acompañamiento a docentes, sobre todo a los que requieran mejorar las habilidades en el uso de herramientas digitales, al mismo tiempo que les apoye a resolver situaciones emergentes en la atención a grupos de estudiantes a distancia.

Para llevar a cabo la estrategia hemos invitado a docentes de nuestra institución que son especialistas en la materia, con la seguridad de que juntos enfrentaremos los retos que esta nueva forma de atención a las estudiantes nos plantea. Agradecemos de manera muy especial a nuestros compañeros su disposición a compartir los saberes y experiencias sobre el tema. A continuación presentamos (en las dos imágenes anexas) el planteamiento de la Estrategia, así como el tipo de acompañamiento, el contacto y los horarios que se plantean por cada uno de los docentes a compartir sus conocimientos.

Esperando contar con su nutrida participación, deseamos que juntos sigamos construyendo las mejores alternativas para hacer frente a la actual contingencia.
